Customer Responsibilities Customer must ensure that

• the Property is safe and in compliance with all health and safety laws and regulations;

• carry out all necessary preparatory work on the premises before work commences;

•  ensure proper access to the assets by the Company and its vehicles and equipment;

•  ensure the accuracy of the information provided to us regarding the scope of work;

• to scrutinize the work upon completion and promptly notify the Company of any defects;

• indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from any liability, loss or damage arising from any breach of any of the foregoing obligations;
